38. הודעה על פגיעה או תיקון פגיעה בכלי שיט ישראלי
בעליו או קברניטו של כלי שיט ישראלי יודיע מיד, באמצעים המהירים ביותר העומדים לרשותו, למנהל, על כל פגיעה, תקלה, קילקול או תיקון של פגיעה, בגוף כלי השיט, במכונותיו, במכשיריו, במיתקנים, באבזרים, באמצעי ההצלה, על שינוי בצורת הפעלת כלי השיט, או בכל דבר אחר שבו, שיש להם קשר לכשירותו של כלי השיט לשיט.
