39א. איסור השטה בלא רשיון
תיקון: תשס״א, תשס״ד
(א)לא ישיט אדם כלי שיט ישראלי, אלא אם כן יש לכלי השיט רישיון שיט בר תוקף, וההשטה נעשית בהתאם לתנאים ולהגבלות שברישיון השיט.
(ב)לא ישיט אדם כלי שיט ישראלי אלא אם כן רישיון השיט נמצא בכלי השיט.
