42. סירוב לתת רשיון שיט
תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשס״ו
(א)סירב המנהל לתת לכלי שיט רשיון שיט, ימסור לבעלו או לקברניטו של כלי השיט כאמור, הודעת סירוב מנומקת.
(ב)בעלו או קברניטו של כלי שיט רשאים לערור על הודעת סירוב לפני מנהל הרשות תוך 15 ימים מיום קבלתה.
(ג)מנהל הרשות יתן החלטתו בערר תוך 24 שעות מרגע הגשתו.
(ד)החלטת מנהל הרשות בערר היא סופית.
