52י. איסור כניסה לתחום
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
(א)המנהל רשאי לאסור על כלי שיט זר, להיכנס לתחומי מדינת ישראל, אם מדו״ח הבדיקה עולה כי כלי השיט עלול לסכן את הבטיחות, את איכות הסביבה או את שלומם של בני אדם.
(ב)הודעה בדבר איסור כניסה כאמור, תימסר לרב החובל של כלי השיט ולמדינת הדגל עם פירוט הסיבות שבשלהן נאסרה כניסת כלי השיט.
