57א. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ו
בסימן זה –
”כלי שיט“ – כלי שיט, שאורכו המרבי אינו עולה על 36 מטרים המסיע או המיועד להסיע נוסעים בשכר, למעט כלי שיט המספק שירותי סיראות;
”צוות כלי שיט“ – כל אדם הנמצא בכלי השיט והנדרש לכך על פי דין, למעט מי שהוא נוסע;
”שירותי סיראות“ – הובלת בני אדם או ציוד אל כלי שיט או אל מיתקן ימי או מהם, בכלי שיט שמשמש, בין היתר, לסיוע בתמרוני אניות ובקשירתן בשטח הנמל.
