57ח. נוסע מסוכן
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)קברניט כלי שיט או קברניט של כלי שיט המספק שירותי סיראות רשאי לסרב לקחת להפלגה נוסע העלול לסכן את בטיחות השיט.
(ב)בעת ההפלגה, הקברניט רשאי לנקוט אמצעים סבירים לבידודו של נוסע כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), וכן להורידו מכלי שיט או מכלי שיט העוסק בשירותי סיראות, בכל עת, למקום בטוח.
