70. הגבלות בדבר שיוט כלי שיט באזור הזרמת שמנים
לא ישיט אדם, כלי שיט בסמוך לכלי שיט או ארבת דלק המזרימים שמנים או בסמוך למכלית אלא ברשות מפורשת מאת מנהל הנמל, וכשהוא מצויד ברשיון שיט המתיר לו במפורש להתקרב לכלי שיט, לארבת דלק או למכלית.
