83. רשיונות המשכיר כלי שיט
(א)המשכיר כלי שיט לאחר, לא ימסור אותו לידי השוכר אלא יחד עם רשיון השיט ותעודת ביטוח שנתמלאו לגביה הוראות [צ״ל: תקנות] 77 עד 80.
(ב)הוראת תקנה זו אינה גורעת מאחריות השוכר לפי תקנות 77 עד 80.
