99. מינוי חוקר תאונה
תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשס״ו
אירעה תאונה ימית לכלי שיט ישראלי באשר הוא, או לכלי שיט זר הנמצא בישראל, רשאי מנהל הרשות למנות חוקר תאונה (להלן – החוקר) או מספר חוקרי תאונה שכל אחד מהם חוקר בנפרד ובתחום כישוריו המקצועיים בלבד, או צוות חוקרים בראשותו של חוקר שיכהן כיושב ראש בעת ניהול החקירה.
