10. ניקוי המכונה
(א)בתום ייצור כל אצווה תנוקה המכונה במים שחוממו לטמפרטורה של 82 מעלות צלזיוס לפחות.
(ב)בתום כל יום עבודה תחוטא המכונה בחומר שאישר המנהל.
