12. שיטות בדיקה
(א)הבדיקה לצורך קביעת אחוזי החלבון, המים, השומן והאפר, לענין תקנה 7(א), תיעשה בהתאם לתקן ישראלי 497 המופקד לעיון הציבור בלשכות הבריאות המחוזיות והנפתיות.
(ב)הבדיקה לצורך קביעת כמות הסידן תיעשה בהתאם לשיטה שיקבע המנהל.
(ג)בדיקות נוכחות של חידקים לענין תקנה 7(ב) ייעשו בהתאם לשיטות הבדיקה הקבועות בתקן ישראלי 885 (שיטות בדיקה מיקרוביולוגיות למוצרי מזון) המופקד לעיון הציבור בלשכות הבריאות המחוזיות והנפתיות.
