4. מדור לגירום בשר
במפעל יוקצה מדור נפרד לגירום בשר שבו תועמד המכונה (להלן – המדור); במדור יתקיימו תנאים אלה:
(1)כל הציוד המצוי בו יהיה מחומר שאישר המנהל ובלבד שלא יהיה עשוי עץ או חומר מחליד;
(2)הטמפרטורה בו לא תעלה על 10 מעלות צלזיוס;
(3)הוא יצוייד במד־חום אינדיקטור, שגבולות הדיוק שלו יהיו ± מעלה אחת צלזיוס בתחום הטמפרטורה שבה מיועד מד־החום לפעול;
(4)המכלים בהם מוחזקים חומר גלם ובשר מגורם יועמדו על מדפים המוגבהים מהרצפה ב־30 ס״מ לפחות.
