בעד אישור המעיד על הגשת רשיון יבוא או היתר יבוא ועל תכנו ובעד העתק מכל תעודה או מסמך הדרוש לביצוע הפקודה תשולם אגרה של 20 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 1987; החל מינואר 2025, 126 ש״ח).
