18.
(א)עם סיום דיוניה תגיש הועדה לממשלה את שמו של המועמד המוצע, אולם היא רשאית להציע, לפי שיקול דעתה, מספר מועמדים גדול יותר.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לצרף להצעתה את חוות דעתה לגבי כל מועמד.
(ג)הצעת שמו של מועמד פירושה כי הוא הסכים לשמש מועמד, כי מתקיימים בו, לדעת הועדה, תנאי הכשירות הנדרשים וכי הוא מתאים לתפקיד המוצע.
