Section 19 of הודעה בדבר קביעת הדרכים והתנאים למינויו של היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
19.
(א)עם קבלת הצעות הועדה יובא ענין המינוי לדיון בממשלה.
(ב)הנושא יועלה לדיון בידי שר המשפטים.
(ג)הצעת הועדה תיכלל בסדר היום של הממשלה, שבוע לפחות לפני הדיון; לסדר היום יצורפו קורות חיים מפורטים של המועמדים.
