5. חובות הנפגע
נפגע חייב להתייצב בפני פקיד השיקום במקום ובמועד שנקבעו על ידיו לשם מתן הדרכה לנפגע בבחירת מקצוע בקשר לשיקומו ולשם ביצוע בדיקות ומבחנים אחרים, וכן חייב הנפגע להמציא מסמכים ותעודות שפקיד השיקום ידרוש להוכחת התנאים לפי תקנה 3 ולקביעת דרכי השיקום, ובלבד שהנפגע לא יחוייב בכל תשלום בקשר לכך.
