8. הודעה של נציג ישראלי בחוץ לארץ
הגיעה לנציג דיפלומטי או קונסולרי של ישראל ידיעה על תאונה או תקרית במדינת־חוץ בה היה מעורב כלי טיס ישראלי או כלי טיס שמדינת הייצור שלו היא ישראל, ימסור הנציג, במהירות האפשרית, הודעה שתכיל את הפרטים לפי תקנה 5(א) לידי החוקר הראשי וישלח אליו דין וחשבון על הידוע לו לגבי התאונה או התקרית.
