9. איסור הפעלת כלי טיס
(א)אירעה תאונה או תקרית, רשאי החוקר הראשי, בהודעה לבעל כלי הטיס להורות על איסור הפעלת כלי הטיס, בתנאים שיורה, או על עיכובו, לפי הענין.
(ב)בעל כלי הטיס שנמסרה לו הודעה כאמור ימלא אחר הוראות החוקר הראשי הכלולות בה.
