7. מועדים למתן החלטת המפקח
הוגשה בקשה למתן אישור שירות, יודיע מפקח, בכתב, לבעל כלי השיט, בכל ההקדם ולא יאוחר מ־15 ימים מיום הגשת הבקשה, על נתינתו או על סירוב לתיתו בצירוף נימוקי הסירוב.
