72. הדיון בועדת הערר
(א)בדיון בערר תיתן ועדת הערר לעורר הזדמנות נאותה להשמיע את טענותיו, בין בעל פה ובין בכתב.
(ב)בכפוף לאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תפעל ועדת הערר בדיון בערר בדרך הנראית לה כמועילה ביותר.
