73. דיון חוזר
(א)נדחה ערר, כולו או מקצתו, רשאי העורר לבקש, בכתב, דיון חוזר ובלבד שהמציא ראיות רפואיות חדשות המצדיקות דיון חוזר.
(ב)בקשה לדיון חוזר לפי פסקה (א) מותר להגיש מחלוף שישה חודשים ועד חלוף שנתיים מיום החלטת הדחיה.
