תיקון: תשע״ה
טרם ביצוע פעולת ניתוק חוזר לפי סעיפים 18(ג) ו־(ד) לכללי הניתוק, תדביק החברה על הדלת החיצונית, או במקום אחר בולט לעין בנכס או בסמוך אליו, במעטפה אטומה וחתומה שעליה שם הצרכן וכתובתו בלבד, התראה בטרם ביצוע פעולת ניתוק אספקת מים כאמור ערוכה לפי נוסח טופס 9 שבתוספת [צ״ל: הראשונה].
