118. חיבור מחדש לנכס שלבקשת צרכן בוצעה בו פעולת ניתוק אספקת מים
תיקון: תשע״ה
צרכן המבקש לחבר מחדש נכס שבוצעה בו פעולת ניתוק אספקת מים לפי סעיף 117, יגיש לחברה בקשה בכתב, וישלם את התעריף לחיבור מד מים לבקשת צרכן הקבוע בפרט (3) לתוספת השנייה לכללי התעריפים; חברה תתקין מד מים ותחבר את הנכס למערכת המים בתוך 3 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת בקשת הצרכן ותשלום התעריף, לפי המאוחר.
