119. הודעה על חיבור נכס אחר
תיקון: תשע״ה, תשפ״ה־2
חיברה החברה מחדש מפעל, מקרקעין או עסק לאספקת המים לפי סעיף 19 לכללי הניתוק, תודיע על כך לצרכן־בעלים וכן, אם הספיקה של השפכים במפעל, במקרקעין, או בעסק עולה על 5% מהספיקה הכוללת במיתקן לטיהור השפכים, גם למפעיל המיתקן לטיהור השפכים הנוגע לעניין על דבר החיבור מחדש למערכת המים או למערכת הביוב, בסמוך ככל האפשר למועד החיבור.
