72. חובת הקלטת שיחות
תיקון: תשע״ב־2
(א)חברה תקליט את כל שיחות הטלפון במוקד השירות הטלפוני ובמוקד החירום ותשמור את ההקלטות למשך תקופה שלא תפחת משנה.
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) לא יחול במקרים חריגים שבהם עקב תקלה טכנית לא היה ניתן להקליט את השיחה.
