10. הכנסה מאדמה מוברה
(א)בעל האדמה זכאי לכל ההכנסה הנקיה שתתקבל מן המעבד בהתאם להסכם העיבוד האמור.
(ב)פרט לאמור בתקנת משנה (א), אין בעל האדמה זכאי לפיצוי או תשלום בעד השימוש באדמתו על ידי המעבד.
