11. יבול אדמה מוברה
(א)כל היבול אשר אדמה מוברה נותנת הודות לעיבודו של מעבד, יהיה רכושו של המעבד, ואין לכל אדם אחר זכויות בו.
(ב)מבלי לפגוע באמור בתקנת משנה (א), יכול שר החקלאות, בסוף העונה, להעניק לבעל האדמה חלק מיבול האדמה, או מערך יבולה; גודל החלק או ערכו ייקבע על ידי שר החקלאות.
