6. הודעה על קבלת החזקה; רשימת אדמות מוברות
(א)שר החקלאות יודיע לבעל אדמה מוברה את דבר קבלתה לחזקתו, בדרך שימצאנה למתאימה בכל מקרה ומקרה, וינהל רשימה של האדמות המוברות שקיבל לחזקתו, ובה תיאור האדמות לפרטיהן.
(ב)הרשימה תתנהל במשרד החקלאות ותהיה פתוחה לעיון, חינם אין כסף, בפני כל אדם המעונין באדמה.
