14. המצאת ספר רישום
(א)בעל בית ספר יציג למנהל לפי דרישתו את ספר הרישום.
(ב)בעל בית ספר ימציא למנהל לפי דרישתו דו״חות, הודעות, פרטים או מסמכים אחרים הנוגעים לפעולות בית הספר וימסור פרטים נכונים ומלאים ותשובות נכונות ומלאות ככל שיידרש.
