15. ספר טיסות
(א)בעל בית ספר ינהל ספר רישום טיסות, בצורה שהורה המנהל, שבו יצויינו הפרטים המדוייקים של כל טיסה בכל כלי טיס המופעל בידי בית הספר, לרבות –
(1)זמן המראה וזמן נחיתה של כלי הטיס;
(2)הצוות שהטיס את כלי הטיס, לרבות המתלמד שטס בו;
(3)התרגילים שבוצעו בכלי הטיס;
(4)נתיבי הטיסה;
(5)מטרת הטיסה.
(ב)ספר הטיסות יישמר בבית ספר לפחות שלוש שנים מיום הרישום האחרון שנעשה בו.
