16. תכנית לימודים
(א)בית ספר יכין תכנית לימודים ויגיש אותה לאישור המנהל לא יאוחר מיום הגשת הבקשה לרשיון בית ספר.
(ב)אישר המנהל תכנית לימודים כאמור, חייב בעל בית הספר וכל בעל הגדר הדרכה להורות טיס לפי התכנית.
(ג)לא ישנה בעל בית ספר את תכנית הלימודים שאושרה לו, אלא בהסכמת המנהל.
