בפרק זה –
”מבחנים“ – מבחנים להוכחת ידיעה מקצועית, נסיון וכושר ביצוע לצורך קבלת רשיון טיס כמפורט בתקנות הרשיונות, כולם או מקצתם;
”בית ספר מוסמך“ – בית ספר מוסמך לעריכת מבחנים לרשיון טיס.
