3. שיעור הקנס
שיעור הקנס לעבירה כאמור בסעיף 2 הוא מחצית סכום הקנס המרבי הקבוע בסעיף 221(ב) לחוק, לעבירה ראשונה ולעבירה חוזרת או נוספת, לפי הענין.
