עבירה על הוראות סעיף 3ב לחוק הפיקדון לעניין מכירת מכל משקה שאינו מסומן, סעיף 4(א) לחוק הפיקדון לענין אי גביית פיקדון בשל מכל משקה מלא וסעיף 6(ב) לחוק הפיקדון לענין אי קבלת מכל משקה ריק או אי תשלום דמי הפיקדון בעדו, נקבעת בזה עבירת קנס.
