106. ראיות בתשובה
הוגשו ראיות על ידי בעל הפטנט כאמור בתקנה 105, רשאי מבקש ביטול הפטנט להגיש, תוך חדשיים מיום שנמסרו הראיות לרשם, ראיות בתשובה המתייחסות לעובדות שהוכחשו במפורש על ידי בעל הפטנט בראיותיו או שהתעוררו לראשונה באותן ראיות.
