132. פטור מבחינה בדיני חוץ
יהיה פטור מחובת בחינה בנושאים הנוגעים לדיני חוץ מי שמוצאו מחוץ לארץ ושהיה מורשה לעסוק בעריכת פטנטים לפי דיני ארץ מוצאו, אם לפי דיניה נחוץ היה להראות ידיעה באותם דינים לצורך קבלת אותה הרשאה.
