133. פטור מבחינה בשפה העברית
יהיה פטור מחובת בחינה בשפה העברית מי שסיים חוק לימודיו בארץ בבית ספר תיכון או במוסד להשכלה גבוהה בישראל, או מי שלמד בחוץ לארץ בבית ספר תיכון ששפת ההוראה בו, בחלק ניכר, עברית.
