144. רישום מחדש
מי שנמחק שמו מן הפנקס לפי תקנה 142 יוכל לבקש להירשם מחדש לאחר שימלא את כל התנאים הדרושים לכך, ובלבד שלא יחוייב להיבחן מחדש כאמור בסעיף 143 לחוק.
