50. תיקון לאחר השמעת טענות
(א)הרשה הרשם למבקש, לאחר ששמע את טענותיו, להכניס תיקונים בבקשה ובפירוט, רשאי המבקש לתקן את הבקשה והפירוט תוך חדשיים מיום מתן הרשות.
(ב)דין תיקונים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) כדין תיקונים שהכניס מבקש בתשובה על הודעה שנמסרה לפי תקנה 41.
