51. בקשה שהופרדה
(א)בקשה למתן פטנט שהופרדה מבקשה שהוגשה קודם לכן תוגש בדרך הקבועה לבקשת פטנט, אך לא יאוחר מארבעה חדשים מיום שהודיע המבקש על חלוקת הבקשה או מיום שהורה הרשם לחלקה.
(ב)דין הוראת הרשם כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) כדין הודעה לפי תקנה 41 והתקנות הדנות בענין זה יחולו.
