תיקון: תש״ח־2
(1)כל העוסק בעסקי סרסרות בלא רשיון, יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לקנס של עשר לירות.
(2)כל סרסור שלא הודיע על אבדן פנקסו כנדרש בסעיף 5(3), יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לקנס של עשר לירות.
