9. בטול רשיון
תיקון: [1934], תש״ט
(1)סרסור שנתחייב בדין על מעילה באמון שגרמה נזק לעניניו של המוכר או הקונה, יצוה בית המשפט שרשיונו יבוטל, ומודעה על ביטול הרשיון תפורסם ברשומות.
(2)סרסור שנתחייב בדין עפ״י סעיף 10(2), יכול בית המשפט לצוות שרשיונו יבוטל, נוסף על הקנס אשר יוטל עליו עפ״י אותו סעיף.
