8. פסלויותיו של העוסק בעסקי סרסרות בלא רשיון
כל העוסק בעסקי סרסרות בלא רשיון –
(א)לא יתנו לו להעיד בבתי המשפט בכל ענין שבין המוכר והקונה בעסקים שהוא שמש בהם;
(ב)לא יוכל להגיש תביעה בבתי המשפט בענין שכרו.
