2. מבנה התקציב
(א)אומדן התקבולים והתשלומים בתקציב ובתקציבי העזר יסודר לפי הטופס שבתוספת לפי חלקים, פרקים, פרקי משנה, פרקי עזר, סעיפים וסעיפי משנה כפי שקבע רואה החשבון שנתמנה לפי סעיף 216 לפקודת העיריות (להלן – רואה החשבון).
(ב)רואה החשבון רשאי לקבוע, לכל רשות מקומית בנפרד, פירוט נוסף של פרקי המשנה ופרקי העזר וסעיפים וסעיפי המשנה שבתקציב שלה.
