38. הטלת מכסות
הטילה המועצה על הרשויות המקומיות המאוגדות באיגוד תשלומי כסף למימון תקציב האיגוד בהתאם לסעיף 12 לחוק, ייקבעו שיעורי המכסות בהתאם למספר התושבים ברשות המקומית שהיו רשומים במרשם המתנהל לפי חוק מרשם האוכלוסין, תשכ״ה–1965, והנוגע לתחום אותה רשות מקומית ביום האחד באפריל של השנה שבה הוטל התשלום, זולת אם הסכימו הרשויות המקומיות אחרת.
