1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הוועדה“ – ועדת ערר שמונתה לפי סעיף 3(ב) לחוק;
”הכרה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 2 לחוק;
”המרכז“ – מי שהשר מינהו למרכז הוועדה;
”השר“ – שר החינוך או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך;
”יושב ראש“ – יושב ראש הוועדה;
”ערר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 3(א) לחוק;
”תצהיר“ – כהגדרתו בתקנה 1 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984.
