14. תנאי רשיון מיוחד
תיקון: תש״ח
רשיון מיוחד לא יהא כחו יפה אלא להוראת אותם מקצועות המפורטים ברשיון, ורשיון מיוחד להוראת למודי דת בבית ספר של עדה לפי כל תכנית שאינה תכנית הממשלה לא יהא בר תקף אלא אם כן נתקיים בחתימת ראש העדה שבישראל או בחתימת בא כחו המורשה על ידו בכתב אשר יוגש למנהל.
