24. רשיונות לשעת דחק
רשיון לשעת הדחק שכחו אינו יפה אלא לבית ספר צבורי או נתמך מסוים יוכל להנתן למנהל בית הספר וירשהו להעסיק אדם מסוים ללא יותר משלשה חדשים.
