23. זמן תקפו של רשיון זמני
רשיון זמני, כל עוד לא בוטל עפ״י תקנה 16, 17 או 18, ישאר בר תקף לתקופה שאינה פחותה מהתקופה המפורשת ברשיון, ואז או לאחר מכן לא יסתיים הרשיון אלא בתאריך שמסר עליו המנהל מודעה בכתב לפחות שלשה חדשים מראש לבעל הרשיון, למרות כל הוראה שבתקנה 22 הקובעת את ההפך. ואם ניתן הרשיון עפ״י תקנה 14 תמסר המודעה לאיש המקיים את הרשיון בחתימתו.
