34. דרכי עיון והעתקה
עיון בחומר החקירה או העתקה ממנו ייעשו באגף משאבי אנוש במטה הארצי של משטרת ישראל, או במקום אחר שהתובע הועיד לכך ובמעמד מי שהתובע מינה, דרך כלל או לעניין פלוני, להבטיח שהעיון וההעתקה ייעשו לפי הוראות תקנות אלה.
